Hourly Rate

• $20 an hour with a 1 hour minimum. Any additional time will be billed in 15 minute increments. 

Monthly Packages

• Bronze: Includes 12 hours for $216

• Silver: Includes 16 hours for $272

• Gold: Includes 20 hours for $320

• Custom Packages: A custom package can be created to fit your needs.

Policies

• A free initial consultation is included with service.
  

• If a service is needed after business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and/or on the weekend, there is an additional charge of $10/hour. Advanced notice is greatly appreciated.
  

• Special events on weekends are subject to different pricing upon evaluation of the scale of the event.

• Mileage and time for a request will start when we first leave our office and will continue until services are completed.The first 15 miles are included in the pricing above. Additional mileage beyond that is billed at $.45/mile.

• Cost of merchandise and vendor/contractor fees are the responsibility of the client.

• For hourly rates, full payment is due upon completion of service. Monthly package rates require prepayment and are based on a 30 day calendar month, during normal business hours. All hours in prepaid packages MUST be used within 30 days of purchase. Unused time is not refundable or transferable.

• We accept cash, checks, and credit cards via Paypal. A $30.00 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.

• Please give at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation of a service. We understand that things come up that are unavoidable, but ask that you respect our time as well.
  

• Due to insurance and liability reasons we are unable to transport people at this time. Pets will be transported ONLY when a pet carrier is provided by the client. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• If you do not feel you have benefited from our services, please let us know immediately and we will work with you to rectify any issues.

 Confidentiality

• In Time Lifestyle Management & Concierge LLC acknowledges that a material term of the agreement with the client is to keep all confidential information belonging to the client absolutely confidential and protect its release to the public. In Time Lifestyle Management & Concierge LLC agrees not to divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any confidential information which we have obtained or which was disclosed to us by the client.

• The obligation to protect the confidentiality of the client’s confidential information will continue indefinitely.
